Happy Teacher Appreciation Week

As you likely know, teaching has never been only about delivering a lesson and grading papers. At EMS, we love our teachers because of their dedication to the teaching profession, to each other, and to our students. Just this week, our teachers at EMMS attended up to three 7:00 am meetings, two lunch meetings, and several after school meetings including a webinar. This is of course in addition to teaching, grading, cheering on students at athletic events, taking them on field trips and service assignments, learning about plants while taking walks in the woods, planting perennials, tutoring, counseling and advising, praising, worrying, and especially praying for and with our students.

 Of course, we cannot do all of this alone. This is why we are so incredibly grateful for the partnership we have with you as parents and for the tangible and intangible ways you've supported us throughout the year. Thank you!
